Clarissa has spent the last 3 summers aboard a private yacht, acting as sole chef to the family and their friends, travelling from Maine to the Bahamas. Pulling from her many years’ experience in fine dining, catering, and pastry, Clarissa has provided restaurant quality fare for the guests. Whenever possible, she brings vegetables and mushrooms from the farm, or hits up the local Farmer’s Markets for the freshest produce.
